Denam Group Unveils Tech-Driven Healthcare Services

The Denam Group, a leading Nigerian conglomerate with diversified interests across real estate, hospitality, engineering, and facility management, has officially launched its pharmaceutical subsidiary, Denam Pharmacy, in Gwarinpa, Abuja.

The launch event signaled Denam Group’s strategic foray into the healthcare sector, introducing a modern, technology-enabled pharmacy brand designed to deliver quality pharmaceutical care, wellness solutions, and digital health services to the Nigerian public.

Speaking during the unveiling ceremony of Denam Pharmacy in Abuja, Rev. Father Emmanuel Azubike drew inspiration from the Book of Sirach 38 to underscore the divine mandate and dignity of the medical profession.He stated:
“Give doctors the honour they deserve, for the Lord gave them their work to do. Their skills come from the Most High, and kings reward them for it. Their knowledge grants them a place of importance, and powerful people hold them in high regard. The Lord created medicine from the earth, and sensible persons will not hesitate to use them.”
Rev. Father Azubike’s remarks highlighted the spiritual and scriptural foundation for embracing medical science and affirmed Denam Pharmacy’s mission to deliver quality healthcare rooted in compassion and service to humanity.

In his address, the Chairman of Denam Group, Dr. Linus Chiemezie Igwemezie, said the new pharmacy aims to revolutionize pharmaceutical service delivery in Abuja and beyond by integrating e-health, telemedicine, online pharmacy, and laboratory diagnostics into a community-centric care model.

“Denam Pharmacy is not just a drugstore it is a complete healthcare hub. Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, convenient, and patient-focused by leveraging innovation and technology,” Dr. Igwemezie stated.

The event featured free health screenings, medical consultations, community outreach programs, and demonstrations of the pharmacy’s telemedicine and home care offerings. Attendees experienced firsthand the digital services that allow customers to consult pharmacists online, order medications, and access lab tests without visiting a physical location.

Dr. Igwemeze emphasized Denam Pharmacy’s core pillars: Quality assurance through NAFDAC-certified drugs and robust quality control.

Professional pharmaceutical care, with customer-focused consultations and personalized support.

Digital health integration, combining e-commerce, AI, and telehealth platforms.

Scalable growth, starting in Abuja with plans to expand to other Nigerian states.

He also noted that Denam Pharmacy is tailored to serve health-conscious and convenience-driven customers, particularly Abuja’s upwardly mobile population.

“We are committed to setting a new standard of excellence in pharmaceutical care, supported by a team of licensed pharmacists, marketers, and healthcare professionals. Our focus is service quality, customer satisfaction, and sustainable expansion,” he added.

Among those present at the event was Mr. Ody Chukube, a beneficiary of the free medical services, who commended the company’s founder for his visionary leadership and expressed confidence in Denam Pharmacy’s success.
